Our Health Club Class Timetable
We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.
Monday:
6.55am - 7.25am: Virtual Metafit
Combines traditional body weight exercises with the latest in interval style training and tabata techniques to set your metabolism on fire!
10.35am - 11.05am: Workout of the Day
High intensity interval exercises designed to get the heart rate going and tone the body.
11.35am - 12.20pm: Pump FX
A full body progressive workout using a barbell and weighted plates.
1pm - 1.45pm: Hatha Yoga
Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
1.35pm - 14.05pm: Aqua fit
A fun resistance training full body workout to music in water.
2pm - 2.45pm: Mat Based Pilates
A strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.
5.55pm - 6.25pm: Abs Blast
An intense abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area.
7.20pm - 8.05pm: Pilates
A specialist class for the health and well being in mind. Posture, core and flexibility is the key movements in the session.
