Our meeting rooms are light and modern with large windows looking out onto the leafy Lincolnshire countryside – perfect for keeping your delegates bright-eyed and bushy tailed. Some of our event spaces lead out onto the terrace overlooking the golf course, so you can move seamlessly from presentation into post-event networking.
With our 10 flexible meeting spaces we can do it all, from small and intimate to large and showy. The Major Oak Suite is our biggest event space and can accommodate up to 270 people, with free parking on site for up to 300 cars. And if you need more space for elaborate team-building exercises, there’s plenty of room to spread out in our grounds.
Belton Woods Hotel is also the proud home of two PGA Championship approved golf courses, so why not combine your event with a round of corporate golf?
