New Year’s Eve – Enjoy a full English breakfast in Stantons Brasserie before spending the day at your leisure. In the evening you will be welcomed to either our Black Tie Gala or our Stantons Brasserie Family Buffet Celebration.  Either way, dance the night away before bringing in the New Year with our spectacular fireworks display.

New Year’s Day – Take a leisurely breakfast in Stantons Brasserie with extended opening times. Evening meal will be served in Stantons Brasserie.
