I took my friend to celebrate her 50th birthday and we were surprised with balloons and a card in our room! Lovely contemporary hotel with a spacious, clean and modern room. The restaurant food was delicious and beautifully presented, our server Holly was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend avoiding twin room 116 though - the laundry room is next door and we could hear movement in there from 5.30am. There is also a fire exit outside the window which we could hear slamming and footsteps running down the slope from around 6.30am.

1st night of 2, would usually leave a review at the end of the stay but Holly has been incredible tonight, very attentive, prompt and professional. Great evening in the sun with not an empty glass in sight!

I took advantage of the blue light card offer snd visited the spa last week. I Had a lovely day with a friend. We both had two treatments with the offer and I have to say the Therapist that I had (Skye) was excellent. There are only two small suggestions that I would make, one is that the cafe area is open from 9.45 am when people arrive so they can have coffee/tea on arrival and secondly that cakes/pastries are also available in the cafe.

We held our Silver Wedding Anniversary here for almost 200 guests. It was incredible. The food was exceptionally good and a huge choice. Everything was perfect. Our room was a beautiful suite and it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Other members of the party who stayed, all said the same. Beautiful clean and the facilities are great. Breakfast was also excellent. Loads of choice, gorgeous hot coffee and tea. The staff throughout were lovely. We sound like we are exaggerating but we aren’t. It really was this good.

What a delightful hotel, located in Lincolnshire not far from Grantham and the A1. This hotel offers plenty of car parking and a couple of rapid electric vehicle charging stations. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Liam who was a fabulous ambassador for Q Hotels. He made us feel incredibly welcome, and made this birthday treat stay really special. Thank you. Our large accessible room was spotless and well maintained with two huge queen size beds. The pool and spa facilities were similarly immaculate and most relaxing and enjoyable. We enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast during our stay and all were hot, well cooked, well presented and delicious. As someone with a milk allergy the information was clearly presented and helpful. At dinner there were only two vegan desert choices (Biscoff Cheesecake or Ice cream/sorbet) and I normally forego the latter as they are normally pretty tasteless, watery and disappointing. However, on this occasion there was an interesting range of vegan ice creams and they were superb and not disappointing at all. I wish more places would stock such a range. Thank you for a fabulous relaxing stay.
