Great Food, good Spa but dated rooms

The Spa and evening meal were really good. We felt the room was a bit dated although bed was fine and comfortable. Breakfast was fine although hotel had ran out of certain things but not their fault as was really busy.

Emma is amazing

Had a wonderful experience at Belton Woods restaurant. I want to particularly highlight our server, Emma, who was friendly, engaging, enthusiastic and funny. She made our meal great and we were a larger group, with some larger individuals who wanted a lot of onion rings. Nothing but great things to say, thanks Emma.

Fab relaxing couple of days

Fabulous Mum and Daughter time. I’m celiac and the I was well catered for, excellent. The staff in the sports bar went over and above, they are a credit to the hotel.

Lovely stay over Half Term

A lovely stay. Facilities and service were great. Pool and sauna/steam room gave us a lovely relaxing time and a well equipped gym too. Our son enjoyed the driving range and the computerised analysis and we also enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea during our stay.

Kateryna creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, responds quickly to guests’ requests, and is always polite and smiling. Thanks to employees like her, guests truly want to come back again. Wonderful way to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary

Once again a wonderful stay to celebrate our 57th wedding anniversary. Our room was very comfortable and air conditioned, which at the end of May was very nice to have as it was so hot. Lovely breakfast each morning, and I had a lovely spa treatment and Skye was an absolute delight. The only slight negative was the disabled parking which we understand is being looked into.

I would certainly stay here again. The room was just as you would hope for, the breakfast was faultless and the spa was terrific.

Highly recommend a stay at this hotel

We had originally booked to stay 2 nights at the hotel as our car was being serviced. We had previously stayed before and found the rooms to be clean and very comfortable. Dining in the restaurant was excellent with good service and food. In the event we had to stay an extra night as our car was not ready. We thank Nicola and her team for arranging a room for us at the last moment. We would also like to thank the management team for the professional way they handled the response to the fire alarm alert on the Friday morning. We certainly will be returning to the hotel and can highly recommend it.

Can I use the spa and gym if I’m staying in the hotel?

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

Do you provide robes, towels and slippers in your spa?

If you've booked a treatment with us, you'll be given a complimentary fluffy robe and towel to use for the duration of your spa experience, and slippers/flip flops can be purchased from the spa team on arrival. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring along your own footwear.

What are the age restrictions for treatments?

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16.

What is included in the spa lunch?

A number of our spa packages include a delicious light lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Our menu changes regularly, but please call the spa on 01476 514 325 if you'd like further information. You can also upgrade to an indulgent Afternoon Tea if you'd like an extra treat.

Can I visit the spa without staying in the hotel?
