Lovely meal served by friendly, bubbly Emma. Not rushed at all meant we could chill and chat and enjoy the time together. We did have a small problem with our food but she rectified it very quickly.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish, but the highlight of the entire experience was dinner at the restaurant. The steak was truly out of this world—perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and easily one of the best we’ve ever had. What made the evening even more special was our server, Emma, who was absolutely wonderful. She anticipated everything we needed, made us feel genuinely cared for, and added such a warm, personal touch to the night. We left feeling happy, full, and already talking about our next visit. We will definitely be back.

The room was nice, could have done with some scatter cushions on the sofa in the living area just to make it a bit more comfortable but it was clean and the bed was also nice and comfortable.

Had one of the best facials ever at Belton Wood Spa with Skye. So relaxing and professional but friendly and kind.Would totally recommend her, thank you Skye. The spa is lovely overall, good value spa day and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Emma was fabulous as our waitress. Spa treatments were wonderful. Very friendly staff.

I would like to highly recommend Hattie in the restaurant, as well as the young boy who was working in the bar lounge on Friday 20th February at lunchtime. He was absolutely fantastic and seemed to be doing everything on his own, managing all tasks efficiently and with a great attitude. I would also like to mention the older gentleman who was working at lunchtime the following day. He had a tanned complexion and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch either of the gentlemen’s names, but all three members of staff were outstanding and deserve recognition for their hard work and professionalism.

If you're planning on staying here, make sure to go on a day when Lottie S is working. Ive never had a more attentive waitress. And to think, it's not even because of a bonus related competition

My husband, daughter, son in law and myself went to Belton Woods Hotel to try their lounge bar menu for my birthday. We had lots of disabled parking bays to choose from and were directed to the lounge bar on arrival. Staff were very attentive and helpful and in particular EWELINA, our Polish waitress. She smiled the whole time and when she found out it was my birthday, she made sure I received a complimentary glass of fizz and mini chocolate brownies in the corner of a plate which had “Happy Birthday” piped onto it in chocolate sauce. We will definitely return, ironically we have been driving past the hotel for twenty years and this was the first time we had treated ourselves to their hospitality !!

Really well organised for our large party, got us all sorted for correct dinners and were super friendly and a good laugh throughout the night. Top notch visitor service.
